Abstract: One of the most popular measures of social phobia is the Liebowitz Social Anxiety Scale (LSAS; Liebowitz, 1987). The LSAS has been modified to a self-report version (LSAS-SR). The LSAS-SR is a 24-item measure of fear or anxiety and avoidance experienced in social interactions and performance situations.

Abstract: Gratitude is understood as a “generalized tendency to recognize and respond with grateful emotion to the roles of other peoples benevolence in the positive experiences and outcomes that one obtains” (McCullough, Emmons, Tsang, 2002, p.112). Its relationship with narcissism has been studied, and most research show that these traits are associated negatively. Aim of this study was to examine this relationship concerning multidimensionality of grandiose narcissism. Different effects for each narcissism dimension were assumed.

Abstract: In Europe alone there was 19.6 million university students in 2013. About 10% of all students has social anxiety disorder – an extreme end of social anxiety continuum. Social anxiety is characterized by fear of being negatively evaluated by others. This aliment produces negative emotions that one has to cope with. One of the possible ways of doing so is by studying.
